This notice explains what Ziresquare LLC accesses when you connect your Amazon Advertising account to our application, what we do with it, and how to take that access back at any time.

Who we are
Ziresquare LLC ("Ziresquare", "we", "us" or "our") owns and operates a portfolio of consumer brands and manages Amazon advertising for a small number of brands it does not own. This notice covers the information we handle when you authorize our application ("the Application") to access your Amazon Advertising account through the Amazon Advertising API.

Information we access
When you sign in with Amazon and grant consent, the Application may access only the data covered by the permissions you approve on the consent screen, which may include:

Login with Amazon profile data — your name, email address and Amazon user ID, used to identify the authorizing user.
✔
Advertising account data — advertising profiles, marketplaces, account and portfolio identifiers.
✔
Campaign data — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, bids, budgets and settings.
✔
Performance and reporting data — impressions, clicks, spend, sales, orders, conversion metrics and search-term reports.
We do not access or store your Amazon password, payment card details or bank account information. Authentication is handled entirely by Amazon.

How we use the information
We use the information only to provide the services you or your company have engaged us for:

Retrieving advertising reports and performance metrics.
Analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports and recommendations.
Maintaining the security of the Application and preventing unauthorized access.
Creating, updating and optimizing campaigns, keywords, bids and budgets, when authorized.
We do not use Amazon Advertising data for any purpose unrelated to managing and reporting on the authorizing advertiser's own advertising.

Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share Amazon Advertising data with other advertisers. We share it only:

With the brand or advertiser that owns the account, as part of the service.

With service providers that host or process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

When required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
Our use of data obtained through the Amazon Advertising API complies with the Amazon Advertising API License Agreement and related Amazon policies.

Data storage and security

Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared or exposed publicly.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Access is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to deliver the service.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

Data retention
We keep advertising data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. When you revoke access or end your engagement with us, we stop accessing your account and delete stored tokens and associated data within a reasonable period, unless retention is legally required.

Revoking access
You can withdraw your consent at any time:

From your Amazon account: Your Account → Login & security → Login with Amazon, or at amazon.com/ap/adam, then remove the Application.

By emailing gonza@ziresquare.com to request disconnection and deletion of your data.

Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request a copy of it. To exercise these rights, write to gonza@ziresquare.com. We respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies
Our website may use essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use Amazon Advertising data for cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising.

Children
The Application and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we take steps to keep it protected in line with this notice and applicable law.

Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
